 ♥ Introduction of small wood pellet machine:

1. Small wood pellet machine is mainly used to make the biofuel pellets or animal pellets from wood, sawdust, leaves, straw, cotton stalk, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo, empty fruit branch, pulverized coal and waste paper, etc, without any additive.

2. The final pellets are of high density (1000kg/cm3), high fuel value, low moisture and low ash content, which are convenient for storage and transportation.

6. Due to different kinds of raw materials, the requirements to the moisture are different. Usually we require raw materials moisture content 10%-18% while mix the materials evenly.

7. The length of the material cannot exceed the diameter of the die hole. For example, if the diameter of the die hole was 6mm, the length of the material could not be longer than 6mm. Please ensure the right size of raw material, or else, they will easily damage the machine.

Structure: This kind of pellet machine is consist of PTO shaft, Gear Box, Axis, Flat Die, Roller, Feeding room, Cutting blade, Outlet.

Working principle: The biomass material has been on the die through the feed hopper. The press roller has been driven by principle axis, then press roller has extend the material to the nib, the material has been shaped to the cylindrical pellet in the nib for certain time and would be cut the rotary slicer, then moved to the discharge hole.
